Homemade Clarifying Shampoo

Clarifying shampoos help to remove build up from hair styling products and chlorine from swimming in pools. Clarifying shampoo removes the gunk and dullness from hair.

2 tsp baking soda
few drops lemon juice (optional)
Shampoo

Combine the baking soda, lemon juice and shampoo into a small bowl or container. Use the mixture in place of your usual shampoo every 6 weeks or so.

Humphreys witch hazel for clarifying shampoo recipe

1 Tbsp. Humphreys Witch Hazel
1 cup distilled water
1/2 cup Organic Shampoo
1 tsp. organic salt
1 drop Organic Peppermint Oil
2 drops Organic Almond Oil
4 drops Organic Cinnamon Leaf Oil

Combine all the ingredients into a reusable or recycled shampoo bottle or container.
